An exciting collaboration between Style My Ride, Judge My Ride and 2KGrey
At 2KGrey, we want to celebrate you, so that you can share your passion with others!
Do you have an eye for design and/or artistic skills that you want to share with others? Well here is your chance! Welcome to 2KGrey’s 2016 Design Contest! Imagine pulling out a pair of equestrian breeches (that look and feel better than your favorite pair of jeans), turning them over and seeing your design on the back pocket? Talk about awesome!
This April, we are teaming up with Style My Ride and Judge My Ride to have you, our amazing fans, create the next signature pair of 2KGrey jeans. We are giving you the opportunity to design 2KGrey’s latest signature back pocket design. The winning design will be part of the 2KGrey 2017 collection. You and your sponsor store will also be awarded with a “Girls Night Out” themed launch party to unveil your personal breech design to your friends, family and fans!
After you have your design and sponsor, email your final design to 2KGrey’s digital marketing manager, Jordan at Jordan@bigredadvisorygroup.com. All entrants must submit their entries by Monday 4/25 by 5pm EST. Within this email, please include the following:
Your name
Your address
Your phone #
Your sponsor’s name
Sponsor’s email
Sponsor’s shop name and address (and website if applicable)
Inspiration behind the design
Which category does your design best suit and why?
What would you name your breech?
Our panelists of fashion designers and manufactures will review all designs and provide feedback, if necessary. Edits to design must be accepted and included. Panelists will choose their top designs by Friday 4/29 by 5pm est. and will announce the finalists on 2KGrey’s Facebook and Instagram pages
Fans will then vote for their favorite design and inspiration. The design and inspiration that has the most collective shares and reposts by Friday 5/6 at 5pm est. will be announced the winner of 2KGrey’s 2016 Design Contest.
The winner’s design will be placed into production and be featured in the 2017 2KGrey collection. And the winner and the sponsoring shop will also receive a “Girls Night Out” themed launch party, complete with a free pair of your breeches, appetizers and beverages.

Other Terms & Conditions:
Contest open to all except employees, sponsored riders or affiliates of Intrepid International.
Sponsoring stores are limited to sponsor no more than 3 overall designs.
Upon receiving the designs, Intrepid International will own the rights to the design. If any additional designs are to be used for future production purposes, Intrepid International will reach out directly to the designer to compensate accordingly. No additional compensation will be provided to the winner of the 2KGrey 2016 Design Contest winner.
All finalist decisions are final and based on the panel’s decision.
Creating false social accounts or utilizing business accounts to share or repost a finalists’ design will result in removal from the competition.
Conduct unbecoming or tarnishing to the 2KGrey brand will result in removal from the competition.
Intrepid International reserves the right to edit any designs based on their needs.
Intrepid International reserves the right to market all provided designs.
Here’s how it works:
You may enter your design in one of the 3 following categories. Each category will have a specific audience in mind, so you’ll want to create a pocket design that would fit their needs/lifestyle.
Category 1- The English rider- jumpers, 3-day eventers, dressage, endurance, hunter/jumpers and non-competing riders.
Category 2- The Western rider- ropers, rodeo queens, pleasure, reining, cutting, trail and non-competing riders.
Category 3- The Fashionista- may or may not ride horses. They are looking for a chic breech/jean that is extremely comfortable and can keep up with their busy lifestyle.
* You may only enter 1 design in 1 category, so please enter the category with which you have the most personal experience.
Create your original design using pen/paper or through graphic design. Design must be original. The design can include the following: 2-pocket design or 2 pocket design with waistband design. Below are pictures for your reference:
Once your design is complete, you’ll then need to reach out to either your favorite local tack shop or fashion boutique to have them sponsor your design. Sponsorship does not consist of monetary contribution. You simply need to have them sign off as your sponsor, so that you can provide the below requested store information upon entering the contest. If your design is chosen, this store will be provided with a 2KGrey “Girls Night Out” launch party to unveil your design to friends, family and fans.
